Shipping Process
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun. This step typically takes 1–2 days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery. The package transit time is approximately 5–7 days (Monday to Friday) and total delivery time is 6-9 business days.

Possible Delays
Delays can occur for many reasons. If your delivery is delayed, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 days (Monday to Friday). If your order still hasn’t arrived after this period, please contact us at info@nolathelabel.com so we can investigate the matter further.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nolathelabel.com. A cancellation is not possible once the parcel has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
