Return Procedure
If you wish to return your items, you may do so within 30 days from the date of delivery, regardless of the reason. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
To begin the return process, please email us at info@nolathelabel.com. We will provide you with clear return instructions.
Before sending your items back, kindly ensure that:
- The items are unused and unwashed
- All original tags are attached
- The items are in their original packaging
Please pack the items securely and return them via a reliable courier service. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations & Damaged or Defective Items
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nolathelabel.com. Please note that cancellations are not possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
Damaged or Defective Items
Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately by emailing info@nolathelabel.com, including clear photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter by sending the correct item or a suitable replacement.

Refunds, Restocking Fee & Exchanges

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at info@nolathelabel.com with the details of the item you’d like to exchange. Exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached. We will guide you through the exchange process step by step.
